Meme is a popular form in social media platform to access information, therefore it can be used in learning media of mathematics. The objective is to develop and analysing its validity and effectivity of meme-attached electronic-student worksheet (E-SW) in enhancing conceptual knowledge of function derivative theorem. This is a Research and Development with mixed-methods analysis using ADDIE model. Subject of research are grade XI students of Agape BK3 Senior High School Tangerang, and the object is their general conceptual knowledge. Experiment is applied to 13 students in XI A as group of experiment, and to 17 students in XI B as group of control. The object measurement is based on test that passed the analysis of question items: difficulty level, validity, and reliability. According to development result, meme-attached E-SW is described valid and granted to be applied in classroom by subject-material and media-design experts. According to research result, there is correlation between multiple choice and essay formative test score of XI A students, and there is difference between essay formative test score of XI A and XI B students based on post-test only result of true-experiment. This research conclude meme-attached E-SW is proven enhancing conceptual knowledge of function derivative theorem.
