Using Dialogue Memorization Technique in Speaking Skill

The purpose of this research is to improve students’ speaking skill using Dialogue Memorization in the second semester to the students’ of grade tenth at SMK 10 November Tambun in the academic year of 2022/2023. This research method was classroom action research that follows the Kemmis and Taggart model. This research involves three cycle, where each cycle includes four stages, namely Planning, Acting, Observing and Reflecting. The research time was 2 months, from January 2023 to February 2023 with 34 students’ as research subject, the data was done through tests, interviews and observations. The research findings show that there was increasing enhacement to the students’ grade tenth. Provable by the result of test of students speaking skill have improved in pre test with average score 61,88 and percentage of passing grade 14,70%, in cycle 1 with average score 67,05 and percentage of passing grade 20,58%, in cycle 2 average score is 75,17 and percentage of passing grade 70,58% and in cycle 3 is 81,52 and percentage of passing grade 100,00%. This technique can improved students speaking skill and students can understand the material given.
