This classroom action research aims to improve rhythmic gymnastics learning outcomes through the development of motor coordination and balance among students at MI Al-Hasyimiyah Jakarta. The research subjects consisted of 15 fourth-grade students. The study employed the Kemmis & McTaggart model, which includes the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, performance tests, documentation, and field notes. The results showed a significant improvement in balance skills and motor coordination from the pre-research stage to Cycle III. By the end of the study, 93.3% of students achieved mastery learning. These findings demonstrate that the Anak Indonesia Hebat (SAIH) rhythmic gymnastics program is effective in enhancing elementary school students’ rhythmic gymnastics learning outcomes.
