This research was motivated by the learning difficulties experienced by students in mathematics subjects, especially in fractional material, the learning process still uses the teacher's method as the main center in learning, and the learning outcomes of students who have not reached KKM on fractional material. To overcome this problem, researchers will improve the learning process by using the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) model in grade III SDN Babelan Kota 08 Bekasi Even Semester 2022/2023. This study used a classroom action research method referring to the Kemmis and Taggart spiral model. The purpose of this study was to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes on fractional material. The subjects in this study were all 34 grade III students. Data collection techniques in this study are test assessments, student and teacher observation sheets, and interviews. From the research that has been carried out, an increase in learning outcomes has been obtained. In cycle 1 the completeness of learning outcomes was obtained by 29%, cycle 2 increased to 50% and in cycle 3 obtained results of 85%. Student response to the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) model is very good, because students have the courage to explain answers in front of the class and students more easily understand fractional material using the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) learning model. Thus, RME can improve mathematics learning outcomes on fractional material in grade III SDN Babelan Kota 08 Bekasi Even Semester 2022/2023.
