Development of Web-Based Learning Media Using Wordwall to Enhance Students' Learning Interest

Abstrak

This study explores the development of web-based learning media using Wordwall in Science subjects for elementary school students, specifically at SDN Jakasampurna IV, West Bekasi. The research aims to create engaging web-based games for third-grade students, focusing on the topic "Me and My Environment." The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The validation process involved experts in material, media, and language. The results indicate that the developed media is highly feasible for implementation, with validation scores averaging 80% from material experts, 88% from media experts, and 80% from language experts. A trial involving 30 students showed an average practicality score of 86%, demonstrating the media’s effectiveness in enhancing students' learning interest and understanding of the topic. In conclusion, Wordwall-based learning media is an effective tool for teaching elementary students about human digestive organs and their functions, but further trials are recommended to assess its overall impact.
