Physical fitness is a crucial asset for students. Good physical fitness enhances their ability to perform daily tasks and activities efficiently. Conversely, students with low fitness may struggle to complete their daily routines.Circuit training games are interval training programs that combine aerobic exercise, strength training, and flexibility. Participants move through a series of stations, completing specified exercises within a set timeframe before proceeding to the next station. This study employed an action research methodology to observe changes in student behavior and assess improvements in physical fitness through circuit training games.
